3.      Genetically Modified Foods -

 

 

My intention is not to burst your bubble about the news growing rampant throughout the world: GENETICALLY MODIFIED FOODS (for the purpose of this article we will refer to it as GNFs).  

 

In 2001, GNFs were introduced and large food corporations like Monsanto and Dow tried to give the notion of food genetically made a positive image although, in reality it is used to steal people’s health.

 

They marketed the idea that this biotechnology could actually save lives by making plants more productive, however,  this could not be further from the truth. With the advent of the Terminator seed or Genetic Use Restriction Technologies (GURT) the suppliers can make sure farmers pay for every harvest. This definitely helps Monsanto cash in from the poor, ironically increasing poverty, which is completely contrary to what they claim. To make matters even worse, T-GURT was later developed, also known as the Traito seed. This type of plant would not function right without added chemicals.  These chemicals are supplied by big corporations such as Monsanto’s Roundup Herbicide for a big price.

 

Furthermore, during that same year, the biotech company, Epicyte, held a conference in San Diego, California, to present their breakthroughs. They said that they had taken infertility antibodies from humans and inserted them into ordinary corn seeds, the product of which makes anti-sperm antibodies when consumed. They had presented this as one method to aid the population ‘problem’ and cooperated with the GMO giant DOW in marketing the spermicidal corn. So, on top of the big agri-businesses taking over the food industry and replacing them with genetically modified garbage, they are also attacking local food providers and the population at large.

 

For years now, there is a war on original organic food that people have consumed for thousands of years. In Califorrnia, for example, an incident occurred where the police raided an organic food store with their guns drawn, using fear mongering to drive them out of business.

 

Also, Some time ago the U.S. supplied some developing countries with vaccinations against Tetanus but, the vaccines were later found to produce antibodies against human Chorionic Gonadotrophin (HCG) hormone which is vital in maintaining a pregnancy. Tetanus is very rare in humans yet, large numbers were vaccinated. And curiously, the vaccines were only given to females in childbearing ages. My name is Sylvio Tomasi. I am Canadian born living in the city of Toronto where I was raised. I am currently 44 years of age and loving every minute of it. I speak both English and French fluently.
